I am M.S ME with a certification in Design and Production Management. I have tutored on the side most of my adult life. I was a TA for CAD Design and Computer Programing during 3 semesters while studying for my Mechanical Engineering Bachelor's degree and ME license. I was an Algebra teacher to 30 native-Spanish speaking 15-16 yr old students for a top ranked school in Colombia. I was a TA and Research Assistant for 2 years while studying for my ME Master's and Design Graduate Certificate. I have for 30 plus years done IT gadget and general computer 1-1 tutoring to adults/seniors (45-70 y.o.) including: streaming technology, home tech improvements, Internet safety (avoid scams) and advanced Excel. I have also taught adults ESL. I have done 1-1 tutoring for kids 10-16 y.o. in General Math, Algebra, Trigonometry, Physics, Spanish - English and Microsoft Office programs.

I studied pedagogy for my ME License thesis and MS Research. I do most of my tutoring using applied practical exercises and activities. I believe active learning through workshop style tutoring is more effective that lectures and repetitive memorization.

Professionally, I am a BDM with 18+ years of experience in Heavy Machinery Industrial Sales and Engineering. I have both international and domestic sales experience in multi-million product/project sales and negotiations with firsthand experience in commercial and legal review of EPC contracts in English, Spanish & Portuguese. Lead multiple teams of diverse disciplines (chemical, electrical, automation, ME design, procurement & project engineering) to develop solutions tailored to customer need. Highly involved in Marketing and customer engagement. Passionate about new product design and launch onto new or existing markets. I relish every opportunity to apply creativity in my work activities. Engaged in public relations events with an outgoing and outspoken outlook towards business possibilities.
