My career is supported by a Baccalaureate of Science in Horticulture, and extensive training in mobility, counter mobility, and survivability in the United States Army. As both a Non Commissioned Officer and a Commissioned Officer one of my primary responsibilities has been the development of subordinates and peers. I strive to foster the maximization of potential in others.
I currently hold a degree in Horticulture. I have worked for 3 seasons as a Garden Maintenance Foreman requiring me to teach my crew members beginner level Botany.
For several years I have made a hobby of cultivating my effectiveness as a public speaker. As an Army Officer I have been called upon regularly to teach subordinates, and peers in order to maximize their professional development. I have been regularly inspiring my soldiers through effective public speaking, often resulting in energizing the soldiers to act. I specialize in inspirational speeches and can adapt that knowledge to other types of speeches.
