I am currently finishing my degree in Mathematics and specialize in helping high school and college students succeed in Algebra 1, Algebra 2, College Algebra, Precalculus and Calculus. Throughout my academic journey, I have developed a strong understanding of breaking down difficult math concepts into simpler, more manageable steps. I especially enjoy helping students who feel "stuck" or overwhelmed by math, develop confidence and gain a stronger understanding of difficult concepts. Although I am beginning my professional tutoring journey, my academic experience in math has given me extensive experience explaining concepts and helping others work through challenging problems, which has taught me that many students can succeed in math when concepts are explained clearly and patiently.

My tutoring approach focuses on breaking problems down into clear, step-by-step explanations that make challenging topics easier to understand. Every student learns differently and at their own pace, so I aim to create a supportive and engaging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes. Rather than simply memorize formulas, I help students understand why concepts work, so they can apply them confidently on exams, homework and future courses. I work primarily with students in algebra, precalculus and calculus, and I enjoy finding creative ways to explain challenging topics in a way that feels approachable and less intimidating. Whether a student needs help preparing for exams, completing assignments, or strengthening foundational math skills, my goal is to make math easier to understand while helping students build long-term confidence.
