Matthew worked very effectively with my stronger areas, adapting the session on the fly to better target my weaker ones. He is quick with examples, diagrams, and uses the white board very effectively. He throttles intensity to the right level, doesn't push and also knows when to move forward. Having this all together in one place is very hard to find. My previous attempts with online lessons and videos fizzled: The result would've taken too long, or it was too focused/broad, constant start/stop/back/pause, and it does require extra discipline. The best analogy I can think of is that Mathew is taking me to the front of the line. Thank you!

Matthew learned a high-tech animation quickly in order to help me. As I've used the app a bit before, together, we figured it out, so he's a good listener and team-player as well. Even prorated the hour charge and provided a written summary of what we did.

Matt was total awesome! He showed me so many additional Powershell commands and I was astounded. He had patience with my slow typing but knew when to take over to speed up the process. As a non traditional older budding IT professional, Matt gave me confidence that some day I will be an asset to an organization as a network administrator. What a boost of confidence. Many tutors look down on newbie’s- happily no such attitude for Matt! I would recommend Matt for any studying Windows Active Directory topics! He was great also with VM’s!

Matthew worked with me on CompTIA+ certification Core 2 exam study. As the session unfolded I felt like Matt gave me more credit about the topic then I actually knew and after my time limit, my Cisco packet tracer lab and was about 40% done and then read more about the topic and was able to incorporate CLI commands that he shared with me to streamline my time accomplishing the assignment.

Smart, Patient, Energy !
Matthew is smart, patient, knowledgeable, fast - did I mention patient!!! 😃. I’m trying to get a handle on Final Cut Pro and a green screen fix. He walked me through everything with ease (on his part) and I learned that YES I could learn how to fix my green screen in my edited footage but don’t want to - want to hire someone. This ah-ha moment saved me a lot of time. I want to stress that YES Matthew was willing and able to teach me how to fix it myself; however, I feel my strengths and time can be utilized in a different capacity and he gave me the educated choice to hire someone to fix this technical portion. Result: Matthew explained and showed me what / how I could accomplish this fix on my own and saved me a lot of time to help me decide to hire someone. W-I-N-N-I-N-G!
