I have a Master's degree from the University of Pennsylvania. My areas of specialization are writing and cultural anthropology. As a graduate student, I was a Teacher's Assistant to college students at the University of Pennsylvania for several years. This job included teaching study sessions, grading papers, and meeting with students individually. I worked in academia for 12 years. My academic writing segued into e-commerce and Internet marketing for over 20 years. I have been working as a content developer, technical writer, copy editor, and proofreader. I also have two children currently in K-12, whose class assignments help keep me updated on school curricula.
