Many students ask, “When will I ever use this in real life?” That’s exactly where I come in. Whether it’s connecting quantum mechanics to lasers in DNA repair or showing how chemical kinetics explains everyday cooking reactions, I help students uncover the “why” behind the “what.”

I’m a PhD candidate in Chemistry at Temple University and have been a teaching assistant since 2021, leading General Chemistry labs and supporting advanced courses like Physical Chemistry, Quantum Chemistry, and Biophysical Chemistry. I also work with OpenAI to improve how AI answers PhD-level science and math questions, an experience that sharpens my ability to explain even the most complex topics in clear, accessible ways.

Beyond the university classroom, I bring over a decade of tutoring experience in math and physics for high school and college students — from Algebra, Calculus, SAT and GRE Math to Optics, Electricity & Magnetism, and Thermodynamics.

My teaching style emphasizes real understanding over memorization. I tie abstract concepts to familiar, everyday experiences — physics through sports, chemistry through medicine, or calculus through motion. Sessions are interactive, supportive, and paced to match each student’s learning style, whether that means step-by-step guidance or a faster, challenge-driven approach.
