I try to provide a very real perspective when I teach and will rarely give thoughts or answers that sound like they come directly from a textbook. I have been training to become a strong public speaker for a majority of my life. Every day I am either public speaking in my office or in a college classroom. I have also held leadership positions in alumni groups for instance that make me very comfortable speaking in front of large crowds. I manage multiple people daily and lead meetings with up to 50 people on occasion. My classrooms are filled with up to 35 students at a time and my experience helps drive their ability learn and absorb the information I teach.
I am 29 years old and have had a very successful career to date. I have moved upward in a very large company from individual contributor at an entry level less than 6 years ago and am now a manager within my organization. I have multiple degrees and certifications which can help accelerate one's career.
