I am currently employed by the Blue Mountain School District, Orwigsburg, PA, as a per diem substitute teacher. I have served as a substitute in many different disciplines. I have taught in grades 1-4 while at the school and have also been afforded to work as Special Education teacher on many different occasions in grades 1 and 3. I have also worked as a Therapeutic Support Staff dealing with children behaviors in both the school and home settings permitting me to understand calming and supportive techniques when a child becomes frustrated during non-preferred activities.
