I played a lot of sports in my younger years and was always taught "practice like you play and play like you practice", and I encourage that same mindset in preparing for this exam.
I scored a 177 (FLEX) and have used a number of popular prep resources such as 7sage, LSAT Trainer, LSAT Loophole, etc.
