Junior associate who excelled on the July ’25 Universal Bar Exam

I am a practicing attorney and recent law school graduate who passed the Uniform Bar Exam with a 316 overall score, performing particularly well on both the MBE and MEE. I earned my Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and am currently working in private practice. My strongest bar subjects include Civil Procedure, Contracts, Real Property, and Secured Transactions, and I am comfortable tutoring in nearly all UBE-tested subjects (with the exception of Family Law). I also have significant experience with MBE strategy as well as MPT strategy and organization.

My tutoring approach is practical, structured, and skills-focused. I work primarily with law students and bar takers in a one-on-one setting, helping them translate substantive knowledge into passing exam answers. Sessions often involve reviewing practice essays, improving rule statements, refining issue spotting, and developing clear answer structures that align with what bar graders are looking for. For the MBE, I focus on strategic issue recognition, eliminating wrong answer choices, pattern recognition, and time management, rather than rote memorization alone.

In addition to the substantive and strategic aspects of bar preparation, I also help students navigate the non-substantive challenges of the bar exam, including managing stress, doubt, burnout, and the uncertainty that often arises during the study process. Having recently gone through bar preparation myself, I understand how emotionally taxing and destabilizing it can feel, even for strong students. I aim to provide calm, grounded guidance that helps students stay focused, confident, and consistent during an inherently stressful period. My goal in every session is to leave students with both concrete takeaways and a clearer sense of control over their preparation.
