With 14 years of experience as an elementary school teacher, I have dedicated my career to helping young learners build strong academic foundations. I have taught first grade, third grade and fifth grade. I hold a Bachelor’s in Elementary Education and a Masters Degree in Reading Education, equipping me with the expertise to support students across core subjects, including reading, writing, math, and science.

Throughout my teaching career, I have worked with diverse student populations in a classroom setting, implementing differentiated instruction to meet individual learning needs. My approach emphasizes hands-on learning, personalized strategies, and fostering confidence in students. In addition to classroom teaching, I have provided one-on-one tutoring to help students strengthen their skills, develop effective study habits, and achieve academic success.

Mathematics is one of my specialties, and I am particularly skilled in helping students develop strong number sense. I use hands-on activities, visual models, and real-world applications to help students understand mathematical concepts deeply rather than just memorizing procedures. My approach builds confidence and problem-solving skills, allowing students to think flexibly and apply math in meaningful ways.
