Bio

Yoga is a gift I found early in life as a means to move the body and calm the mind. My training began with self study, attending weekly yoga classes and then quickly developed into a great desire to share the benefits I was experiencing with others. I earned my 300 hour Power Yoga teaching certification in 2018 and Trauma Informed Yoga teaching certification in 2019.

My classes offer connection to movement and breath as well as providing a deeper awareness of the body and mind through breath work, meditation and asanas. Stress can be one of the most crippling things we face in life. I am here to teach you how to move through stressful situations by utilizing breathing techniques and mindfulness to check in with yourself and get the relief you need. I love bringing inspiration and positive affirmations to every class in hopes of giving you the most blissful yoga experience possible. I look forward to connecting and guiding you through your yoga practice.

I have been practicing yoga my entire life and began working with students in 2018. My goal in teaching yoga is to deepen the connection my students have with their bodies and breath so they can cope with big emotions. Coping with stress, anxiety, insomnia and depression can be difficult - yoga, meditation and breath work are valuable skills to assist with these daily struggles. I love helping students overcome these challenges and become stronger both physically and mentally.
