Yoga is a gift I found early in life as a means to move the body and calm the mind. My training began with self study, attending weekly yoga classes and then quickly developed into a great desire to share the benefits I was experiencing with others. I earned my 300 hour Power Yoga teaching certification in 2018 and Trauma Informed Yoga teaching certification in 2019.

Stress can be one of the most crippling things we face in life. I am here to teach you how to move through stressful situations by utilizing breathing techniques and mindfulness to check in with yourself and get the relief you need. I love bringing inspiration and positive affirmations to every class in hopes of giving you the most blissful yoga experience possible.
