I was born in a small community called Hockinson in Washington. I was the youngest son of a family of 8 having 4 older brothers and one eldest sister. I was born in a small community called Hockinson in Washington. I was the youngest son of a family of 8 having 4 older brothers and one eldest sister. I was diagnosed with dyslexia and OCD at an early age and struggled a lot through my early school years, but through supplemental learning I was able to exceed expectations and become the fellow student others go to for questions. Over the years I slowly realized a passion for teaching and began to feel a sense of fulfilment in helping others achieve new heights of knowledge.

During my time at Oregon State University I both received and gave tutoring in formal and informal capacities for subjects like physics, calculus, programming, and computer engineering. OSU exposed me to a wide variety of people during my time in the engineering program and my time spent as a teachers assistant helped me learn how to teach students at varying levels of understanding and with different learning styles. Throughout my experiences I have realized the best way to learn is to teach so I am eager solidify my own STEM knowledge by giving it to others.

I graduated Salutatorian from my high school so I have achieved max grades in all of my high school math classes including pre algebra, algebra, algebra II, and geometry. The Oregon State University engineering program had me take and pass a large variety of math classes including trigonometry, differential calculus, integral calculus, matrix math, power series math, vector calculus, logic math, differential equations, physics with calculus, and probability. I also completed many classes that required constant reuse of many of the math concepts mentioned previously.

I have a car but prefer appointments to be online. I have a very open schedule and am available to work and contact 24/7. I have a strong sense of responsibility and firmly believe you should get your moneys worth from me.

Approved Subjects

C++

C++

I took several classes at Oregon State University that had me use C++ while getting my minor. Due to a large background using C and many instances of using C++ compilers and C++ I am qualified to teach the language alongside fundamentals of programming. My BS in electrical and computer engineering also means I am aware of the underlying way the programming language works.
Computer Engineering

Computer Engineering

I have completed my ECE degree at Oregon State University with a minor in Computer Science. I have experience as a TA in a MASMx86 assembly programming language class. My specialty in college was computer architecture.
Computer Programming

Computer Programming

I graduated from Oregon State University with a major in Electrical & Computer Engineering and a minor in Computer Science. I have experience with C, C++, C#, Python, AVR, MASMx86, Bash, Verilog, System Verilog, and a little SQL. I like to incorporate my understanding of computer architecture to explain how things work "under the hood" to give a transferable comprehension between all programming languages.
Computer Science

Computer Science

I have a major in computer engineering at OSU in addition to my minor. I have experience using python, C, C++, bash, MASMx86, AVR, and slight experience with SQL. I have a long history of exposure to computer science as several of my brothers have majored in it. At OSU I took many programming classes including operating systems, data structures, and introduction to computer science 1 & 2.
Discrete Math

Discrete Math

I took a discrete mathematics class at Oregon State University as part of the requirements for my Electrical & Computer Engineering degree. I also took classes that used discrete mathematics such as digital logic design and probabilities & random signals. I completed all mentioned courses above the C requirement OSU imposes on engineering students.
General Computer

General Computer

Major in Electrical & Computer Engineering. Minor in Computer Science
Linux

Linux

I used Linux frequently during my time at Oregon State University. All programs were required to compile on the schools Linux server and many classes only provided instruction and software available on Linux. I have experience with general commands, scripting, directory permissions, and software's such as Vim and Vi.
Logic

Logic

I have completed several classes at Oregon State University including digital logic design, VLSI system design, and computer architecture. I have experience with logic gates, Karnaugh maps, Verilog, and System Verilog. Logic was also frequently used in microcontroller system design and FPGAs.
Trigonometry

Trigonometry

Trigonometry was part of my freshman year math courses.

Great help!

He helped me to realize that my antivirus was throwing a false positive, meaning there was nothing harmful about my program like I believed. He did his best to help me get my program to a more ideal state. Unfortunately time ran out before we could finish, but I’m proud of the work that we did.
