MMI Prep
I met with Zach over ten times to prepare for medical school MMI interviews over a condensed time frame. Public speaking is not my forte, and I was nervous about how to prepare. Zach broke down the MMI format in detail in my first session and helped me to develop a framework for my responses. Over the course of two weeks, we drilled MMI scenarios that Zach brought himself. The scenarios were varied and I found myself improving with practice. He also helped me to think through difficult ethical scenarios and learn some medical/law jargon needed to ace the MMIs. Additionally, he also helped me to work with him and his actor colleague. What I found most helpful were Zach’s feedback after each round, his mock MMI run-through two days before the real interview, and his ongoing encouragement. Zach really cares about his student’s progress and well-being, and I feel so grateful to have worked with Zach to prepare for my MMIs. The actual MMIs were easy in comparison to the ones we did and I think I did well. If you also ended up procrastinating for your MMIs like me and don’t have much time to prepare, Zach is the guy. Best tutor and future doctor ⭐️
