I have worked many years producing apparel graphics for major companies, and also creating many, many print documents and web pages for companies such as Legacy Health, Intel, Kindercare, and Dakine Surf.

I have an MFA degree in Painting and Drawing from the Art Institute of Chicago. I maintain a painting studio in Portland, Oregon, and I have created many works in the realist/surrealist style. I have taught painting at the community college level. But mostly I maintain a healthy enthusiasm for all things painting, and am eager to share the knowledge.

Very helpful

Phil asked what I needed to get out of our meeting and came prepared with specific examples of the project I was working on. He let me do most of the work while he watched so I'd have a better grasp. I took notes that I can refer to later.
