I started my journey when I attended Full Sail in 2017 for a Game Art Bachelors degree & graduated in 2020 with a main focus in animation. Since then I've worked on several different video game titles & shipped one AA game for Playstation, Xbox & Nintendo Switch. Over these years I've mentored several junior animators by explaining a concept, then explain why it's important through examples, how it correlates to their problem in their work & the solution to the problem. I've been a remote worker for all of my career, so I've only ever taught in a remote setting, to mostly adults ranging from 21-28 years old, though I've been trying to find tutoring opportunities in person.
I feel I know how to tutor beginner students who don't know how to use Blender, Maya, or 3D animation more so than intermediate students. I want to make students realize how simple decision making & small attentions to details can help paint a bigger picture in a 3D animation, showing what mistakes can lead to bad habits & how to make amazing animations!
