Louise is a very patient and flexible tutor. My kids would join the class late sometimes but she would be understanding and wait for them to sign on. She would also be super flexible whenever I needed to reschedule lessons last minute. Louise always had new entertaining Chinese lessons prepared for my kids that would keep them engaged. She is overall a very helpful tutor and can help in any aspect of Chinese language. My kids are no longer able to continue sessions with her (because they both become very busy and there was no time in their schedules to see her anymore) but they were happy to have learned from her!
