As a testing analyst for the Educational Testing Service, I worked on the California Assessment of Student Performance and Progress project (Common Core). I analyzed, evaluated and scored K-12 test material which gave me insight into the skills that students need.
As a senior education and training analyst, and a training coordinator, I designed, developed and delivered a variety of courses designed for managers and staff.
