I have taught online and onsite college-level paralegal, technology, business and career/professional development courses. I tutored, mentored and coached students in their professional development and technical skills and analyzed and graded their written assignments, quizzes and exams.

As a testing analyst for the Educational Testing Service, I worked on the California Assessment of Student Performance and Progress project (Common Core). I analyzed, evaluated and scored K-12 test material which gave me insight into the skills that students need.

As a senior education and training analyst, and a training coordinator, I designed, developed and delivered a variety of courses designed for managers and staff. I taught courses in a variety of subjects, provided ongoing support in areas of employee development, and served on a staff education and training committee.

As a small business owner, I offered software consulting and training services to small business owners and students. My primary focus was on Microsoft Office Suite products

I worked as a construction litigation paralegal, did the full range of litigation tasks, and had extensive knowledge of State and Federal rules and codes,

Having served on several legal advisory committees as a faculty member, and on a business advisory committee, I provided input, analysis and recommendations regarding curriculum, courses, and technical issues relating to paralegal and business programs.

As a community college instructor teaching first year and GED core education topics, I helped student improve their knowledge of science, social studies, and English language arts and reading.

I was trained by the Educational Testing Service and the California Dept. of Education in the use of grading rubrics to evaluate and grade student performance on testing.

As an adjunct professor with 15 years of experience teaching law, and as a 25 year employee working at the California State Courts in operations, I have a wealth of knowledge regarding the criminal justice system. I served as a courtroom clerk in hundreds of criminal trials that ranged from simple assaults and DUI cases to death penalty prosecutions that involved multiple murders. I also clerked at thousands of pretrial hearings and arraignments where evidence was presented and criminal legal procedures were argued and debated. I have an excellent grasp of pretrial, trial and post-trial procedures and concepts.

In 2020, I began my career in the cybersecurity field by completing two university-level cyber-programs and a third cyber-program at IBM. Then in 2022, I became a freelance Technology Research/XAI Analyst and Consultant.
