My experience includes a Master of Science in Teaching and a Doctorate in Education. I am particularly interested in hands-on and inquiry-based learning. I taught both my boys at home until college and they both received their Master's degrees and one teaches now at an Oregon University and the other works for the City of Portland. I prefer students to utilize many avenues to learn and develop and I view the teacher as a facilitator of learning.
