Most of my experience tutoring has been specifically for AP music theory or first year music theory in undergraduate college. I have also tutored beginner music (or music fundamentals) and piano as well as Algebra 1 and 2.
While I'm still learning myself, I do have some qualifications. I have passed the AP music theory exam with a 5 (with a 5 in the aural sub section and a 4 in the non aural sub section respectively) as well as passed any math course I tutored for.
I think having a tutor who is a student can be helpful because I’m constantly studying my respective felid. It is also ideal if you have a lower budget as since I do not have a completed degree, I will not charge as much. For school I currently live in a fairly rural area so I’m very open to doing tutoring over video chat. I would say I’m ideal for a high schooler looking for a music or math tutor on a budget.
