Hello and welcome to Smith Studio!

I am an immensely passionate musician with a deep love for both creating art independently and equipping students with the tools they need to embark on their own successful musical journeys. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Voice Performance from Westminster Choir College, where I had the privilege of consistently performing with the world-renowned Philadelphia Orchestra and New York Philharmonic, participating in numerous performances annually. I am a versatile singer with experience in multiple genres, having performed various opera roles, and received training in jazz, country, blues, and musical theatre.

For the past four years, I have served as a choral director for middle and high school students, assisting them in their individual musical endeavors while also guiding large ensembles to successful performances. Currently, I am pursuing a Master's Degree in Voice Pedagogy, rapidly expanding my knowledge of the anatomy and function of the voice. I'm thrilled to share with you the understanding of how the voice works and the tools to train your voice to achieve your desired goals and more.

During our lessons, we will focus on establishing a solid technique that enables you to sing confidently across various genres you're passionate about. This studio provides a supportive and secure environment for you to explore and enhance your voice. Whether you're a complete beginner or an emerging professional, this studio is a nurturing space where you can develop your skills and work toward full confidence in your voice. Whether your aspirations lean toward a professional career or simply becoming more comfortable singing karaoke or belting out tunes in your car, I'm here to support you on your journey. Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions you may have. I look forward to working with you!
