Hi, I’m Dean! I recently graduated Southwestern Oklahoma State University a B.F.A. in Graphic Design and am currently pursuing a certificate in Digital Media with a concentration in graphic design at TCC. I specialize in Adobe Illustrator with experience with Photoshop and InDesign.

I have hands-on experience working in a university graphic design lab, where I guided students through class projects, helped troubleshoot software issues, and provided constructive feedback on creative work. I’ve also held leadership roles in university clubs, mentoring peers in both academic and creative projects. These experiences have shaped my tutoring approach, allowing me to adapt lessons to each student’s learning style while offering meaningful guidance.

I help students build a strong foundation in the elements of art and principles of design while developing their digital design skills. Lessons can include critique sessions, project guidance, homework review, and strategies for completing classwork or preparing for assignments. My approach emphasizes a positive, safe, and engaging environment where students feel comfortable experimenting, asking questions, and growing creatively.
