I absolutely love math and science, as well as seeing children in my local community thrive. At UA, I had a 4.0 GPA. On my ACT in 2014, I received a 33. On my DAT (dental version of the MCAT) I scored a 24, which is in the 99th percentile.

Throughout undergrad I tutored via the UA chemistry department, tutoring the basic Gen Chem and Organic Chem classes. I was the only undergrad who was allowed to do this-every other listed tutor was a PhD student. I have tutored younger ages as well, from 1st grade, through 12th, mostly in math and reading.
I also serve on the board of Horizons Albuquerque, an educational non-profit focused on closing socioeconomic gaps within the greater Albuquerque community.
