I have improved my play over the last couple of years which has helped me to raise my rating from about a 1400 to currently 1753. I do not have any tools or cheats in order to achieve that rating, just lots of games played under my belt.

I would like to teach online if I could because that is where I am most comfortable. If you are looking for a good playing partner that could help you improve your game maybe a little bit or a lot then I am your guy. I am very patient and will do my best to help you solve some of the puzzles that are chess on your own. I like to encourage people to train their brain to come up with the answer rather than use cheats or solutions to guide them to the answer. I think this is what made me the player that I am.
I was a part of the 2005 Oklahoma State Champion chess team that was only comprised of myself and one of my best friends. We took state as a team of two which is very hard to do and almost unheard of. To do this, we both won our first 4 games of the tournament and squared off in the championship which ultimately he won, but as a team we came out victorious.
