Hi, I'm Arjun! I graduated cum laude with a Bachelors in Neuroscience and Pre-Med and received Masters in Public Health and Biomedical Sciences. I have tutored students in Chemistry, Physics, and Math for over 10 years now. I've seen students who've never taken a course before to those who are coming back to school after many years.

While in high-school I realized I had a knack for explaining subjects and concepts in many different ways, often relating them to students in new analogies or different aspects, allowing me to communicate material more effectively. I've always been the type to help out other students in need and am often the person people reach out to for quick tips. As such, I have advanced and polished the techniques I used over the last decade as a STEM tutor.

I like to gauge how much and what my students know before diving into problems. When we do problems, I like to work a few out with and explain what I'm doing in each step and why. Then I slowly let my students work through the problems more and more independently. This way I know they are learning the material properly and can work without my help in the future. Of course this method can be adjusted to fit each students individual needs.

I ask that all cancellations or changes to scheduled sessions be done at least 24 hours in advance to the scheduled time. A cancellation/rescheduling fee will be applied if a session is changed less than 24 hours in advance.
