Bio

I am an experienced and certified Math teacher ready to assist with K-12 Math, College Math, and standardized test preparation, including SAT Math, ACT Math, CLEP, OSTP, CCRA, and AP Math courses. I hold a B.S. in Math Education from Gazi University and an M.Ed. in Educational Leadership from Lamar University. I am an experienced and certified Math teacher ready to assist with K-12 Math, College Math, and standardized test preparation, including SAT Math, ACT Math, CLEP, OSTP, CCRA, and AP Math courses. I hold a B.S. in Math Education from Gazi University and an M.Ed. in Educational Leadership from Lamar University. Since 2004, I have been tutoring students across a wide range of subjects, including Kindergarten through high school Math, K-5 Math, 6-8 Math, STAAR, EOC, Algebra 1, Algebra 2, Pre-Calculus, Advanced Placement (AP) Calculus, AP Pre-Calculus, and more. I also work with home-schooled students, adapting to the curriculum selected by their parents.

Since 2010, I have served as a certified Math teacher in the United States. In 2013, I was honored by Raytheon as one of the "Nationwide Math Heroes" for my creative and interactive teaching methods that make math real and meaningful for students. Since then, my students have consistently achieved an average score of 95% on the Algebra 1 End-of-Course (EOC) exams and 100% passing rates on the SAT, ACT, Concurrent, Dual Credit, CLEP, and AP exams. Currently, I teach Math and serve as a school administrator at a charter school.

My patience, positive energy, and strong problem-solving skills help make learning a less stressful and more rewarding experience. I have been tutoring ACT Math since 2010 and have successfully helped many students significantly improve their scores and build strong math foundations. As a curriculum writer for high school Math, I stay current with the latest academic standards and test expectations. I understand how critical the ACT is for college admissions, and I am committed to helping students not just prepare, but truly excel. Every year, I am proud to help students gain acceptance into Ivy League and other top-tier universities. Awesome Tutor!

Emre was awesome! My daughter has tutored with multiple tutors and she still struggled with tests at school. Emre actually gave her an assignment instead of just teaching her what she learned in class. He helped her update her calculator software. She loves his style of teaching.
