My name is Elena and the only thing I'm more passionate about than the arts is teaching!
As a recent graduate of Southeastern Oklahoma State University with a B.A. In Theatre (emphasis in Acting, Directing and Costuming), as well as a minor in Communication, I have had the opportunity to learn from some amazing artists, perform in both educational and professional shows and work as a costume designer. I started my own design/sewing company in March of 2012, and through my education and own professional experience, have a wealth of knowledge I would love to share!
As well as theatre work, I have trained for years in ballet, world, musical theatre and bellydance as well as Pilates and Yoga. I have also had the opportunity to work professionally as a bellydancer and taken classes and workshops from some of the best world renowned dancers.
I have taught dance for over five years as well as tutored students in acting, sewing, design and theatre history. I love my craft and the arts and love sharing my interactive, high energy style with others.
