Hello Everyone,

Welcome to my circle of acting, directing and producing theatre. I'm Tom (AEA, Producer, Director, Actor, Instructor), and I am very glad to have this opportunity to introduce myself to you.

Since 1975, I've had the privilege of teaching acting, specializing in the Stanislavski system of actor development. It's a method that delves deep into the physical, behavioral, and emotional core of a character, allowing actors to truly embody their roles and bring them to life on stage. My experience as an instructor includes: Center Repertory Theatre, The Cleveland Play House, The Cleveland Ballet, Phoenix Theatre Ensemble, Fairmount Center for the Arts, the Cleveland Theatre Company, The Academy for the Performing Arts, along with most of the major colleges in Northeast Ohio.

In addition to my teaching, I have also had the honor of serving as the artistic director for six professional theatre companies. Incredible journeys, all of them; filled with a few flops (of course), absurd challenges and a heartening triumphs; giving me a blunt perspective on the collaborative nature of theatre and its promise to enlighten, inspire and mystify!

One of the most rewarding aspects of my career has been witnessing the growth of fine acting. Seeing actors blossom from tentative beginnings to confident, skilled performers is a joy and satisfaction like no other. It's a testament to their dedication, hard work, and the transformative power of theatre.

So, whether you're an thriving actor, on your journey to the profession, or simply someone who appreciates the magic of the stage, I invite you to join me on this incredible journey. Together, we'll explore the depths of characters, unravel their stories, and celebrate the art of acting.

Thank you for giving me a moment of your time. I can't wait to embark on this adventure with all of you.

Tom
