I have earned a BA in English Literature, BS in Education, M.Ed. in Secondary Education, and a Post-Secondary Literacy Instruction Certificate from the University of Cincinnati.
In terms of tutoring, I have been working in the Writing Center at Cincinnati State since 2002. I work one-on-one online and face-to-face with students who are fresh out of high school, returning adults, ESL students, you name it....

Outside of tutoring, I've taught high school English for the past 22 years while also teaching college composition at Cincinnati State and the University of Cincinnati-Clermont.
I have taught English for grades 9-12, an ACT Prep elective, AP Literature, and College Credit Plus English.
At the college-level, I have taught ENG101/102 as well as ENG103 (Literature and Research) and ENG105 (Business Writing).
I can offer assistance with reading strategies, individualized writing instruction, ACT Reading and ACT English test prep, and anything HS or College Comp English-Related.
