About Dina

Bio

My name is Dina and I've been helping people gain confidence speaking in public, give a "killer speech," and nail the interview for over four years. I do so by providing an individualized program that focuses on bringing out an individual's strengths and giving them tools they can use to improve in other areas. I'm also an experienced ESL teacher who specializes in helping adults learn business and technical English. I've lived overseas and know what it's like to have to speak a language...

My name is Dina and I've been helping people gain confidence speaking in public, give a "killer speech," and nail the interview for over four years. I do so by providing an individualized program that focuses on bringing out an individual's strengths and giving them tools they can use to improve in other areas. I'm also an experienced ESL teacher who specializes in helping adults learn business and technical English. I've lived overseas and know what it's like to have to speak a language other than your first language. My professional experiences as a chemical engineer, combined with my etiquette certification and teaching experience provide me with a unique perspective for helping others succeed.

Although my degree is in engineering, I moved into teaching over 14 years ago. My passion is one-on-one instruction as I can identify a student's learning style and needs and tailor lessons for the individual situation. I don't take a "one size fits all approach" with my students. This individualized approach has enabled political candidates, wedding speakers and entrepreneurs to build confidence speaking in any situation. Whether it's delivering a one time "killer speech" or off-the-cuff remarks in a meeting and I can help you too.

Interview preparation students I have worked with have been successful in getting their dream jobs, accepted to medical schools and MBA programs at MIT Sloan, CMU Tepper, and Babson among others. I help interview candidates identify their strengths and speak about them in ways that make them shine through but is still authentic. I also help candidates identify any potential concerns in their history or resume and enable them to address those in a constructive manner.
