Hi, I’m Lili! I’m very passionate about helping young children grow not only in their academic skills, but also in their confidence and love for learning. I graduated from Laurel Oaks with a focus in Early Childhood Education and earned my CDA credential. I am currently working as a preschool teacher at an early learning center, where I get to support children every day in building strong foundations for their future. I also plan to continue my education as I pursue a career as an intervention specialist.

Through my experience, I’ve learned that the way a child is taught can make all the difference. I specialize in working with young learners in a positive setting, using engaging, interactive, and age-appropriate methods to keep children focused and excited to learn. I incorporate visuals, games, movement, and creative activities to make lessons feel fun and effective.

My teaching approach focuses on breaking down concepts into simple, manageable steps while encouraging independence and confidence. I always include time for guided practice and positive reinforcement to help children feel successful and motivated. While I have a background in early childhood, I also work well with elementary students by helping strengthen core skills like reading, writing, and math while also building confidence and independence. I focus on meeting each student where they are and adjusting my teaching style to match their pace, strengths, and goals. I am reliable, easy to communicate with, and committed to making learning a positive and engaging experience for both students and parents.
