My tutoring style is structured, patient, and step-by-step. I focus on breaking down complex ideas and connecting theory to math in a clear and approachable way. I am comfortable teaching and reinforcing the mathematical tools commonly used in economics and finance, including algebra, calculus, and optimization. I help students understand how and why these tools are applied, rather than treating them as memorized formulas. This approach works especially well for exam preparation, homework help, and theory-heavy courses.
Through my experience leading recitations and working one-on-one with students, I’ve seen how clarity and confidence go hand in hand. My goal is to help students feel comfortable with the material, ask better questions in class, and develop problem-solving skills they can carry forward beyond a single course
