I have been a writing instructor for a freshman level writing composition class. The writing process is very important for the finished project and I do not believe in trying to write a full paper all in once sitting. I believe in the benefit of receiving feedback not only from the writing instructor, but from peers as well. I have been studying English Linguistics for over 5 years. I received my Bachelor's degree with departmental honors on the subject. I am currently pursuing a Master's degree in the same subject. My goal is to get my PhD and teach Linguistics on a collegiate level. My specialties are in sociolinguistics and pragmatics. I have a strong understanding of IPA, the vowel chart, and the Northern City Vowel shift.
