My background includes teaching for CompUSA, where I instructed individuals and corporate teams on a wide range of software applications, from Lotus 1-2-3 and WordPerfect to the full Microsoft Office Suite. Recognizing the demand for more advanced training, I transitioned into technical IT instruction, teaching weeklong certification courses in Novell NetWare and Microsoft Windows NT. During this time, I became a Certified Novell Administrator (CNA) and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE). Additionally, I provided online training through Ziff Davis University, focusing on Windows NT before the dot-com boom.
