Bio

I am a student at Youngstown State University, for a second time. I received my B.A. in 2015 in Applied Linguistics-Language Acquisition and Italian language. This time at the university I am focusing on the Spanish language. I am self taught primarily in Japanese however during the summer of 2012 (from March to August) I studied abroad in Nagasaki, Japan in order to improve my Japanese language competency.

I love language and language acquisition and am excited to help others!

I have studied both foreign language teaching and English as a second language at my university. As a post-undergraduate I am planning to seek a formal certification in TESOL.

I am an Italian major at Youngstown State University and have been studying Italian for four years. I have taken courses such as Advanced Grammar and Composition to better my understanding of Italian grammar. I am also a part-time tutor at the foreign language resource center at Youngstown State.
Japanese

Japanese

I have studied Japanese as a 2nd language for over ten years. I studied abroad in Nagasaki, Japan between April and August of 2012. While there I tested into the 5th level of Japanese (of which 8 is the max) and have done translation and interpreting both in Japan and out.
