At Wilmington College I worked as the video coordinator for the men's & women's basketball team so seeing the game from that perspective gives me alot more insight. I coached for former NBA player, Ronnie Grandison, for 4 years teaching and coaching student athletes from the age of 4-16 working on their skillset and teaching/encouraging fundamentals. Anything is possible if you work hard enough.
The glorification comes from the journey, not the outcome of wins or losses. Everyday is a new day to do your best and take advantage of being in the present moment. Practice plans and workouts are created from scratch to fit different playing styles and player goals. Detailed. Fun. I will hold you accountable.
