About Nicholas

Nicholas Holliday is a Senior Video Producer for Progressive – located in Cleveland, OH. He received his Bachelor of Science in Visual Effects and Motion Graphics from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh in 2009. Since 2009, Nicholas has been working in various settings to build his talent in the video industry. He worked as a Motion Graphics Designer at Distinct Advertising and Mediasource. He received a Bronze Telly Award for Rivers Casino for best editing and motion graphics. His passion grew for the industry and he expanded his talents as an Editor and Videographer for Abercrombie & Fitch in early 2012. While there, he worked with four distinctive brands including Abercrombie & Fitch, Abercrombie Kids, Hollister and Gilly Hicks. While working for these brands, he produced and edited many high-impact videos that generated more than 60 million views and grew customer engagement, all while collaborating with senior leadership to implement successful brand campaigns. Nicholas expanded his career even further when he accepted the job of Video Production Supervisor with Cabela’s in late 2013. Since 2013, Nicholas has grown the video department with award-winning brand campaigns by producing, directing and editing highly prolific pieces including Luke Bryan’s clothing line, 32 Bridge. He managed a team of four creative editors, operated multiple budgets and built talent within the Cabela’s organization. One can define storytelling as the art of conveying events through words and images and Nicholas’ passion for this shines through in his work.

I have been a active professional for seven years in video production. I have managed a team of creatives and continue to learn and build others in creative settings. I understand how to explain complex situations to individuals and not afraid to explore new ideas.

I have been using mac operating systems for over 10+ years.

If you are passionate like I am about motion design and video production lets work together!

If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
