I love exploring how interconnected the world is with my students, and helping them discover how the world as we know it came to be. I'm very interested in giving them the tools to navigate the information environment they find themselves in, focusing on identifying arguments, analyzing and evaluating sources, and constructing coherent arguments of their own. History isn't just what happened; it's how we understand and remember what happened! Recognizing the role of the historian - and the history student - in contributing to history is of the utmost importance.
