Currently, I teach Precalculus at Kent State University, where I focus on building strong conceptual understanding, problem-solving skills and strengthening algebraic skills. In my class, I encourage my students to explore within a topic so that they can build mathematical skills and self-confidence. My teaching approach emphasizes clarity, patience, and adapting explanations to suit different learning styles. I often use visual aids such as graphs and sketches and real-life examples to help students grasp challenging concepts. Since 2007, I have provided individual tutoring sessions in math, physics and chemistry, helping students ranging from elementary to college students to strengthen their foundations and boost their confidence.
I have been teaching at the university level for two years and have also worked with elementary, middle and high school and college students in one-on-one tutoring settings on math, physics and chemistry since 2007. My experience includes both classroom instruction and personalized tutoring, offering flexibility and a deep understanding of different educational needs.
