I have done a large amount of training for end users, training the trainers along with mentoring employees. With this training I have worked with study material previously created to creating my own agenda and study material to use. This included follow-up process to ensure those that I was educating were grasping the concepts taught and identify if additional training would be needed. I was able to also use follow-up process to help adapt my teaching and training to the audience it was intended for.
I am flexible and adaptable as my experiences in training others include those who are not comfortable with computers to experienced users want to take that next step.
I have young children so patience is a necessity.
