I hold a Master’s degree in School Psychology from California University of Pennsylvania, where I received extensive training in cognitive development, learning theory, behavioral intervention, and academic support strategies. I am a certified School Psychologist with several years of experience supporting students academically, socially, and emotionally within K-12 educational settings.

In addition to my work in schools, I have professional experience as an online tutor where I provided individualized academic support in reading, writing, study skills, and executive functioning strategies. My tutoring sessions were focused, strengths-based, and tailored to the unique learning profiles of each student. I worked primarily with students in grades 3–12, including those with learning disabilities, ADHD, and anxiety-related academic challenges.

Throughout my career, I have supported students in both one-on-one and small group formats, across a variety of contexts—ranging from classroom intervention and behavior support plans to virtual academic coaching and homework help. My approach emphasizes building confidence, promoting independence, and teaching students how to take ownership of their learning. I incorporate strategies such as scaffolded instruction, goal setting, metacognitive techniques, and self-regulation tools to support student growth.

Overall, I bring both the academic expertise and the psychological insight needed to help students not only succeed in school, but also feel empowered and capable along the way.

Dyslexia

As a school psychologist, I have significant experience supporting students with dyslexia through comprehensive assessment, early identification, and evidence-based interventions. I work collaboratively with educators and families to develop targeted instructional strategies and accommodations that address reading challenges and promote literacy growth. My role includes interpreting evaluation data, contributing to IEP and 504 plan development, and providing professional development on dyslexia-related supports. I am committed to helping students with dyslexia build confidence and reach their full academic potential.
Executive Functioning

Executive Functioning

As a school psychologist, I have extensive experience supporting students with executive functioning challenges, including difficulties with organization, time management, task initiation, and self-regulation. I collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and students to develop individualized strategies that promote academic success and independence. I also conduct assessments to identify executive functioning deficits and provide targeted interventions through IEPs and 504 plans. My work focuses on building students' confidence and helping them develop the tools they need to thrive both in and out of the classroom.
