I am currently pursuing my Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Educational Leadership at Youngstown State University. My experience includes serving as a peer mentor and tutor at Strayer University, where I supported fellow college students with their academic development. I understand that students learn differently, so I believe in explaining difficult concepts in simple terms, providing practical examples, and encouraging questions.
