I have worked in the field of education for 18(+) years. My work experience and education qualifies me to perform the roles and duties of this position. As an educator, I have worked on several teams, which I was in a leadership/administration role as the team leader, dean of students, assistant director and/or director. I have also been a consultant for the last 15 years. Through my years of experience, I have worked with students below grade level, students with IEPs, and most importantly raised the assessments in the schools I've worked.
Because of my experience as an educator, I am very confident that I have the necessary skills to fulfill and succeed the needs of the student. I have a strong educational background and instructional skill set with 18 (+) years K-12 and post secondary teaching experience, critical thinking skills, a record of setting and achieving ambitious goals, communication and writing skills, a commitment to producing consistently high quality detailed work, the ability to learn quickly and work in a fast paced environment, the ability to identify challenges and be flexible to actively work to find solutions, strong organizational skills, including keen attention to detail and the ability to adhere to and hold others to strict deadlines, and the ability to work effectively with others at all levels of an organization and to consistently display a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
