I fell in love with German as a high school student and am incredibly passionate about teaching it. In addition to my four academic years at Ohio State, I studied for one summer term at the Technical University of Dresden in Dresden, Germany.

I like to help my students work toward a goal, whether an exam, a research paper, reading a book, or simply being able to get around while traveling. I assign homework in various forms on a weekly basis and give detailed feedback.
