I have worked for the past 38 years as an Office Manager, Controller or Finance Manager and HR Representative. In the recent past I was an instructor at our local technical school teaching in the Workforce Development Department. My students ranged in age from late teens to students in their later years. I taught for 8 years and had a graduation rate of 100% with a successful employment rate of 85% to 100%

I was the lead instructor for The Business Office Specialist Program which consisted of clerical, soft skills for the office such as business ethics and customer service, accounting with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Access and Powerpoint. I am a certified Microsoft Office Master and have worked with QuickBooks since 1996.

I really believe that the learning process needs to include structure, hands on or online training and a degree of fun to keep the students interest. I will not only help you learn the skills you need but will help you to gain confidence and prepare you for using these skills in your workplace or academic setting.
