I had the opportunity to tutor students for a year after I completed my undergraduate degree and then during my studies at the masters level, I had another opportunity to work as a teaching assistant.
My style is to encourage the students to understand their coursework by first and foremost creating a friendly working environment for them and then crafting a medium to work with them at thier own pace which eventually ends up building the student better.
