My approach is patient, encouraging, and tailored to how each student actually learns. I believe that almost every "I'm just bad at math" moment is really an "I haven't been shown this the right way yet" moment, and I love being the person who helps a student turn that corner. I'm naturally warm and people-oriented, and I take real pride in creating a learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and working through challenges without judgment.
