Hi, I'm Charnetta, but you can call me Ms. Charli; it's easier for some! I have a diverse range of business activities that allow me to teach and tutor. I am the CEO of Girl Empowerment Inc., where I inspire youth to become Girl Bosses. I have also mentored and tutored young men in the Cassady Elementary School district. I enjoy helping everyone learn—whether they are youth or adults. I have a knack for helping people understand concepts through visual aids, which is how I’ve always comprehended my own background work.

My passion for teaching and tutoring drives me to make learning as simple as possible. I believe in being hands-on to make the learning experience fun and approachable. Each of my students can rest assured that they will feel comfortable asking questions and will leave my classroom feeling confident.

I offer one-on-one sessions as well as group classes with a maximum of 12 students. I began my tutoring journey in the Westerville Afterschool programs, where I assisted young children. As I sought more experience, I expanded into neighborhoods that needed help, like the Milo Grogan school district and Cassady Elementary. It was from these experiences that I started my own nonprofit organization with an entrepreneurial spirit.

Sometimes, students face pressure from their parents regarding career choices, often without knowing what they truly want to do. I focus on helping students create their own business narratives.

I genuinely enjoy tutoring subjects such as basic math, reading, writing, Black history, creative arts, and cooking, all of which I am highly skilled in. I also have experience in real estate, allowing me to provide you with valuable insights. I am available and flexible to accommodate your schedule and respond in a timely manner to help you complete your assignments.
