Prospective ACT takers (or parents), you have come to the right place! My name is Nick W. I am 25 years old, and graduated from Miami University of Ohio in May 2023. I earned a Bachelors Degree in Business and Operations, along with Minors in Spanish and Leadership. I mostly tutor ACT prep at the high school level, but I do have tutoring experience with middle school, high school, and college students. I tutored Spanish for middle school and high school students, and was a TA and tutor for an Excel/SQL class in college. I obtained a 4.62 high school GPA (weighted) and a 3.92 college GPA (unweighted), earning Magna Cum Laude. In high school I scored a 35 on the ACT, I have since practiced MANY times to earn a 36. I was a recipient of the Redhawk Excellence Scholarship which depended heavily on my ACT.

I work together with all my students to create an advanced preparation plan, fine-tuned to each and every specific need. We will go over important content and key tips to bring scores up in every section of the ACT (English, Math, Reading, and Science). The course includes online or in-person sessions (location dependent) as well as take-home practice questions to lock in the material and strategy we work on. Most importantly, the tiered curriculum enables students to zero in on a target score, achieving meaningful growth while managing mental health and expectations.

Excellent ACT Tutor – Supportive, Clear, and Effective

Nick has been wonderful to work with while helping my son prepare for the ACT. My son consistently finishes their sessions in a great mood and feels more confident in his abilities.
