College Student helping students succeed!

I am a first year college student that excelled highly in high school. Since the age of seven I have been a year ahead in mathematics, and at the high school level I took a total of seven AP courses. I received a four on the AP World exam, a four on AP Literature, a five on AP Government, and a three on AP Comparative Government. On top of this, I took multiple college courses (Including English Composition, Intro to Aviation and Intro to Marketing) offered through my local community college and Ohio State University while attending high school. My ability and passion for learning helped me receive a 1320 on my SAT and getting into Ohio State, but my passion for teaching others truly helped me study the most. Throughout the beginning of my high school career, I quickly learned that I remembered things the most when I would discuss them with my friends. I saw that bouncing the learning topics off one another, helped reinforce the topics much more than the teachers talking at you.
When I had this revelation, I began tutoring friends and other high schoolers in my free time. I typically tutored in one on one environments but I also have experience in small groups of 2-3. I am most familiar with in-person tutoring, however, because of my current schedule I am only able to tutor online, but I have experience helping friends during the online school forced by the spread of COVID-19, and I am confident in being able to help students virtually. My personal style of teaching involves lots of conversation as previously mentioned. I believe the ideas students talk about in class being discussed outside of a classroom environment is one of the best ways to reinforce the topic. On top of this, I believe going through problems with students and assisting them when they get stuck or confused is also a great way of helping students in the areas they need most.
